I hope your day of worship is as special as our worship today! To think that we were reading the Word, singing songs of praise and praying to the Father for the salvation of this country, it was incredible! The spirit of God was overwhelming!
Please pray for our team. Throughout preparation for this trip, I knew that this was a special group of people. In worship today, God revealed it in a different way.
So many in our group are in transitions in life. They are seeking where the Father would like to use them. Several are called into missions service and are searching God’s will as to where and when. Others recognize that they are floundering in life and know the Father desires more. Pray for the Holy Spirit to give guidance and our courage to step out in faith.
Pray for opportunities at this university. I’m not just talking about this week but in the future. The University is looking for an English teacher. Perhaps one of ours will answer that call. There are opportunities to serve the Father as an exchange student. Perhaps the Father will call one of these to come, study and serve. God really has some special opportunities awaiting here at the University.
Tonight we meet our student counterparts for the week. They will be our hosts, dinning companions and guides. Pray that the Spirit will build these relationships into eternal family relationships. Pray for wisdom and boldness as we serve. Pray that all the nations will praise Him!
