Sunday Morning

We made it to the University. It was a pretty incredible welcome. Students were waiting at the hotel. They greeted us with cheers, carried our bags and introduced themselves with their best English. You could tell that they had prepared for our coming.

You know, the Father has been preparing for our coming as well. We never know why or how He calls a team like ours together, but He does. He has a plan and a purpose for each of us.

His plan is just beginning to unfold here at the university. We will network and share with students and faculty. Some many even come to know Christ as Lord and Savior. His plans are just beginning to unfold for us.

Don’t think that He has just arrived here though. For weeks, maybe even months or years, the Spirit has been working to make this happen. He has been preparing hearts for His service – ours for action and theirs for reception we pray. Even after we leave this place, He works to bring about His plan. I’m thankful and humble that He is allowing us a part in His redemptive plan.

Pray for your team! Everyone is exhausted and this ministry leg is just beginning. Everyone is healthy. Pray for continued health. Pray for relationships. Our friends are open. Pray that there is enough of us to go around.

We worship this morning with believers here in a home. Ryan will lead worship and I’ll have the honor of sharing the Word. Pray that God will be glorified and no other. We’re praying for you!
